Happy International Children’s Book Day

I just learned from researching my new post on Hans Christian Andersen that (on account of his birthday) April 2 is celebrated as International Children’s Book Day. In honor of the day, I have created this little finding aid to children’s books, authors, and illustrators in the Books and Authors section of Travalanche. I went about it pretty strictly — there are many 17th and 18th century classics (e.g., Defoe, Swift, etc) that aren’t actually children’s books that nowadays are often read as such in abridged editions. While I have written about scores or even hundreds of those type, I have not included many here, except for a few exceptions. I hope you find it useful!
